AmBASSador ("we," "our," or "the app") is a real estate simulation game developed for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
AmBASSador is designed with privacy in mind. Your game progress, profile, and all gameplay data are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
The following information may be collected:
- In-App Purchase records — processed entirely by Apple. We receive only confirmation of whether a purchase was completed. We never see your payment details.
- Crash reports and diagnostics — if you opt in to sharing analytics with developers via iOS/macOS system settings, Apple may share anonymized crash data with us to help improve stability.
- Support emails — if you contact us directly at renegaderixx@gmail.com, we receive and store only the information you include in that email.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or Apple ID.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
- We do not build user profiles or behavioral advertising segments.
Local Data Storage
All game progress — including your player profile, portfolio, cash balance, properties, renovations, and transaction history — is saved locally on your device using Apple's standard data storage. This data is included in device backups if you have iCloud Backup or iTunes backup enabled.
Deleting the app removes all locally stored game data permanently.
In-App Purchases
AmBASSador offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through the App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your credit card number, billing address, or any payment details.
Children's Privacy
AmBASSador does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not include social features, messaging, or user-generated content sharing. If you believe your child has provided personal information through a support inquiry, contact us at renegaderixx@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
Third-Party Services
AmBASSador does not integrate with third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media SDKs. The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for in-app purchases.
Data Security
Since game data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's own security features — passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device software up to date to ensure the latest security protections are in place.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
