How do I buy a property?
Go to the Market tab and browse available listings. Tap any property card to inspect it, then tap Buy to purchase it directly. You'll need enough cash on hand to cover the purchase price.
How do renovations work?
After purchasing a property, go to the Renovate tab. Choose a renovation tier — Basic, Standard, Premium, or Luxury — and select finishes for each room. Higher tiers cost more but produce a better resale value. Luxury renovations can push past the neighborhood's market ceiling.
What is a tax lien certificate?
Tax lien certificates appear in the Market when property owners fall behind on their taxes. You purchase the debt. If the owner doesn't pay back the face value plus penalty before the deadline expires, the property deed transfers to you — at a fraction of its market value. Check your Portfolio under Foreclosed Deeds to manage claimed properties.
How do live auctions work?
When selling a renovated or owned property, choose Auction instead of a direct sale. A 60-second live bidding screen opens and competing buyers place bids in real time. You can accept the winning bid or pass at the end.
How do I earn rental income?
From your Portfolio, tap a renovated or owned property and select Rent Out. A tenant will be placed and you'll receive monthly income automatically. You can manage vacancies, renewals, and evictions from the rental card in your Portfolio.
How do I unlock new neighborhoods?
New neighborhoods unlock as your investor level increases. Close more deals to earn XP and reach the required level. Your current level and progress bar are shown in the Market tab's status bar at the top.
What happens when I acquire a competitor?
From the Company tab, find a competitor whose value is within your reach and tap Acquire. You'll absorb their market presence, and they'll be listed under your Acquired Companies. This improves your reputation in their home neighborhoods.
My progress isn't saving. What do I do?
AmBASSador saves your progress automatically after every transaction. If you're experiencing issues, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, contact us at renegaderixx@gmail.com with your device model and iOS version.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to the Settings tab inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Can I play on multiple devices?
AmBASSador saves progress locally on your device. Transferring between devices is not currently supported but is planned for a future update.
